Founded 1972 in Velbert, today Isidro Con Garcia GmbH is a sought after industrial painter for the automotive supply industry. Though we began as a small family firm, our production and administration team of over 100 employees offers our top-level clients innovative and refined processes in surface treatment, particulary in the area of chassis components, in North-Rhine Westphalia (Velbert) and southern Germany (Steißlingen). Wether it’s cast or forged parts for large-scale production, sheet metal elements or single parts, we make sure to always work closely with our clients.

With over 50,000 m², our cutting edge, innovative and automated coating systems – combined with the necessary production and shipping logistics, such as our exemplary infrastructure including laboratory, seminar and social spaces at each location and our own, modern lgistics center – we can guarantee higly precise production, fast and flexible service with short delivery times, direct lines of communication, tailored solutions and customer-specific quality standards.

Our quality and environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 also stands for these standards. In strict compliance with customer specifications and internal quality assurance procedures, we deliver high-quality and specification-compliant products as customer-specific, material and material-oriented solutions. If necessary, this also includes the creation of required documents to support the customer’s internal transport management.

It goes without saying that our production and systems are consistently geared to modern energy management according to DIN EN ISO 16247-1 in a timely and future-oriented manner. With an exact analysis of the energy consumption, the indication of saving potentials and a corresponding orientation of our production capacities, we follow ecological and economic necessities since 2015 and of course also the justified expectation of our customers.

Industrial painting on a very large scale. Plant Steißlingen

Since 1990, Angela Con Pelegrina and Victor Moreira have been managing the Steißlingen works together. Starting originally with 4 employees, up to 50 staff members now work on the 200 tons of cast components – mainly from the automotive sector – every day.

Since 2015, we have been able to use a new powder machine to coat heavy cast components in large volumes daily according to strict customer criteria. In our spray booth, we coat not only up to six tons of fifth wheel couplings, bearing blocks, support rails and other cast automotive parts per hour, but also ultra heat-resistant engine components.

Our large capacity booth, at 11 x 5 x 4 m one of the largest in the region, is available for larger and heavier cast parts or individual filter or conveyor systems.

In addition, we also offer in our mechanical work preparation the processing of castings according to customer specifications. For 2016, a warehouse with two additional truck-loading bays is planned in order to meet the increased need for shipping logistics.
